Filipendula ulmaria / Meadowsweet

Named for its delightful smelling flowers, meadowsweet is a wonderful addition to the perennial herb garden. Large clusters of white, feathery flowers adorn the plant in late summer. Meadowsweet is also used in herbalist medicine for promoting gut health. Grows 3 to 6 feet tall and thrives in consistently moist soil with full sun to part shade.
