Impatiens pallida / Pale Jewelweed
Couldn't load pickup availability
Jewelweeds have a couple magic tricks up their sleeves. First, their leaves are hydrophobic, meaning water droplets bead, resembling sparkling jewels after a fresh rain. They also expel their seeds by explosively shooting them up to 5 feet away. Jewelweed is also popular among herbalists, as it supposedly can combat poison ivy. Grows up to 4 feet tall and average to wet soil with any sun exposure.
