The Malva is a group of plants that goes by the common name “cheeses,” so named for their round fruit resembling a cheese wheel. Herbalists use the leaves topically for the skin or make it into tea. Malva sylvestris, or high mallow, is a Eurasian species that produces soft pink flowers with magenta stripes down the petals that creates a stunning contrast. High mallow grows 2 to 4 feet tall and grows best in average soils with full sun to part shade.

Plant delivery is free within the City of Beacon. Deliveries outside the City of Beacon are by a $65/hour fee, which includes travel and placement of material.
