A classic spring ephemeral of the Northeast landscape, white trillium is an excellent addition to the woodland garden. This simple but beautiful flower emerges in early spring before the canopy leaves emerge, and goes dormant again in the heat of the summer. Grows best in part to full shade with rich, moist soil.
