Springhouse is a woman-owned and operated wholesale nursery in the Poconos, Pennsylvania, offering seed-grown, wild-type, open-pollinated native plants. Their mission is to celebrate and perpetuate biodiversity. With a focus on wetland and keystone species, all of their seed is sourced exclusively from within the boundaries of their 34-acre property — truly hyper-local. They also use rainwater captured from their bank barn for irrigation, peat-free soils, and avoid fertilizers, pesticides, and neonicotinoids.
