Coreopsis rosea / Pink Tickseed

Plant Pink Tickseed in your garden for the dainty, pink flower display that lasts all summer long. A member of the Asteraceae family, Pink Tickseed spreads easily by rhizomes and seed; so be mindful to plant in an area where it can happily spread. It will do best in full sun with damp, well draining, sandy soils along waters edge; be sure to avoid compact or clay soil. Grows 1-2' tall and twice as wide in zones 3-8. Attracts butterflies and is tolerant of deer.
