Corylus avellana / Hazelnut (Filbert) Blight Resistant 'Theta'

Hazelnuts are a delightful tree known for their attractive foliage and edible nuts high mature late summer to early fall. They grow 15 - 20 feet tall, with a 15 foot spread. The leaves are heart shaped and turn yellow in the fall. These tree are monoecious, meaning they have both male and female flowers. This tree is hardy and disease resistant.
