Couldn't load pickup availability
With the current popularity of the India Pale Ale, Humulus lupulus aka Hops, the most commonly-used bittering ingredient in beer, is everywhere. You can grow Hops in your backyard! Even if you have no plans to make beer, the flowers of Humulus lupulus are fragrant and attract butterflies. Hop vines can grow up to 10 meters long! Train them up a trellis or string. Hops prefer rich, well-drained soil with plenty of compost, and full sun. The female ‘Cascade” is known for a flowery, spicy, citrus/Grapefruit flavor.
