Hydrangea arborescens / Smooth hydrangea ‘Annabelle’

Boasting one of the showiest flowers in the woodland garden, smooth hydrangea is valued throughout the gardening industry for its large white clusters of flowers that bloom in late summer. In order to get the most out of this outstanding shrub, cut it close to the ground in late winter as this will encourage vigorous new growth and better flowering. Grows 3-5 feet tall and adapts to most soils except for dry ones.
