Couldn't load pickup availability
Ditch stonecrop is a tough plant that grows more beautiful as the season progresses. When the flower stalks emerge in mid-summer, they start out with yellow and green tones which transition to red, salmon, and copper tones through the fall. Native Americans use the plant to treat several different ailments. As the name suggests, ditch stonecrop adapts to lowland, wet soils and full sun to part shade. Grows around 2 feet tall.
