Phlox stolonifera / Creeping Phlox 'Sherwood Purple'

There are native species of phlox for just about every purpose. Creeping phlox fills the role of a shady ground cover, and produces light blue flowers in the spring. It is a great alternative for the invasive periwinkle. ‘Sherwood Purple’ blossoms are light purple.
