Vaccinium corymbosum / 'Duke' Highbush Blueberry

If you’ve ever done much hiking in the Hudson Valley, you’ve probably found wild blueberries along lowland, moist woods. Now you can have them in your garden!  Blueberries grow best in full sun to part shade with acidic, well drained soil. Though self-fertile, a second cultivar is recommended for higher yields. 

'Duke' is an early fruiting cultivar that grows 4'-6' tall. The sweet berries are perfect for freezing so you can save and enjoy them all winter long!
