Maple Leaf Viburnum, or Viburnum acerifolium, thrives in partial to full shade and adapts to various well-drained soils, preferring a slightly acidic to neutral pH. It needs regular moisture but is somewhat drought-tolerant once mature.
Despite its name and the maple-like appearance of its leaves, it is not related to the maple family; it belongs to the Adoxaceae family along with Elderberry!
