Zizia aurea / Golden Alexander
Couldn't load pickup availability
Golden Alexander is a reliable native perennial with an array of uses, not to mention its important role in providing nectar for pollinators and as a host for some butterfly species. Bright yellow flowers bloom in late spring and the seeds self sow easily, which is necessary in the garden as Golden Alexander is short-lived. Adaptable to most soils as long as they’re not too dry or not too moist and grows well in full sun or part shade.
